As an experienced counselor I can help you gain perspective about the issue(s) which may be troubling you and preventing you from reaching your full potential and living a fulfilling life.


The counselling process enables you to:

Change behaviours to make them more productive and rewarding for you.

Balance you outer responsibilities with your inner needs, and

Help you move towards becoming the kind of person you want to be.


Counselling is provided within a confidential and non-judgemental space where you will be heard and understood.

Sessions last for 1 hour and the number of sessions depends on each client’s individual needs and wishes.
